Easy, fast & vegan chickpea burgers
Simple food is the best food. Chickpea burgers goes with anything and chickpeas is actually known to both lower your cholesterol and regulate your blood sugar!
~ 15-20 minutes, 4 burgers.
**Ingredients:
**250 g drained & rinsed chickpeas (about 400 g with the "aquafaba")
2-3 boiled potatoes (you can put them them in the microwave with toothpics as feet for about 1-2 minutes)
1 garlic clove
½ tbsp sesame oil
½ dl breadcrumbs
Salt
White pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Sesame seeds
How to:
1. Put everything except for the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a mixer and mix until smooth.
2. Use the breadcrumbs to thicken it and making it easier to make burgers of the dough.
3. Form the burgers and dip in sesame seeds and fry with oil.
They look tasty. Why do the potatoes need legs when heated in microwave oven?
Best regards, Niklas 🎈
#1 Maybe it is that you don't have to turn them around after half the time they need.

#1 & #2 Yeah, I'm guessing it's so you don't have to turn them around. I'm not sure but that's the way I do it anyway! #3 Thank you! They were super tasty :)
Here's another picture. I ate them with boiled potatoes and mushroom sauce from Nicol Gärtner.
Nice picture. Hope the taste is good, too.

#6 Maybe that depends on the screen, in your picture the carrots look like pickled red onions on my screen In my picture they look orange on my screen.
#7 Well, the sauce actually wasn't amazing… The rest was good though
When I serve mushrooms I tell my guests that they are very tastful. I have picked them myself, they were so nice, red with white dots.
