My "superfood" is potatoes. I'm pretty sure they aren't real superfoods but they are amazing and should belong in that category! They contain so much good stuff and they can be prepared in millions of ways and they are delicious!
I'm not really into superfoods. When I think about superfoods I think about açai, goji berries, seaweed, chia seeds and kale and tbh I don't really like any of them.
The only problem I have with potatoes is that they can't be eaten raw. Otherwise I agree that they are phenomenal.

#2 I agree. My boyfriend's mom, however, loves raw potatoes…
I was taught that raw potatoes gives you a fever. Is that not true?

I've also been taught that eating raw potatoes are bad for you but I don't know. I googled it and it seems like some people can and others cannot eat them raw.
Okay.

Stinging nettles maybe? (They can be eated raw but you must mix or dry them first or you'll be sorry).
But arent most superfoods Vegan?

#7 That I've never tried so I can't say anything about it
I'm not sure, I think most superfoods are Vegan? What makes a food a "superfood"?
#8 Normally high in antioxidents, high in nutrition and low in calories.
And stinging nettles is delicious

#12 Oki… fish smell awful though, so not sure why anyone would want to eat it anyway.
