Nice cream (vegan ice cream!)

I make my nice creams with a base of frozen bananas and sweetened soy milk and then I mix it with whatever I'm craving atm.

How do you like your nice cream?

Strawberry & vanilla

Blackberries & "milk" chocolate

Frozen pineapple

Chocolate banana and banana nice cream with cinnomon.

Digestive biscuts & chocolate sauce

Either I do my milkfree icecream like you or I'll buy it

But I like to pimp it with matcha and oat coockies

#3 It's super easy to make (the fake one, you can make it from scratch too) you just mix in your prefered amount of matcha in vanilla ice cream the more matcha the greener it gets. It's a more adult flavour though

#6 Oats cookies, 40

3 dl oats
1½ dl of flour or gluten free alternative
1½ dl sugar
1teaspoon bakingsoda
1 teaspoon vanillasugar
150 margarine (room temperatured)

  • put the oven on 200 degrees centigrade.
  • Mix all ingredients but the margarine then add the margarine and mix well
  • devide the dough into 4 pieces
  • roll each piece into equal lengts (as long as the oven tray is deep) and put them on a "buttered" oven tray

#9 It is really simple, but I guess it can be expected since it's from a cookbook for kids Laughing
