Are you eating enough veggies?

According to the largest survey ever done in Australia about the consumption of fruits and vegetables, only ~20 % of the adults in Australia are eating enough greens. 24 % of women and 15 % of men are eating enough of both fruits and veggies a day. Read more >here<.

World Health Organization (WHO) recommends an adult to eat at least 400 g or 5 portons of fruits and vegetables every day. Read more >here<.

I definitely do not eat 400 gram of vegetables and fruit every day. I will try to do better. :-)

#1 Yeah, it seems like a lot… Tbh I haven't eaten any veggies today but about 300-400 g of fruits (mostly bananas) haha. I really should get better at it too!

Normally I do but I can have periods when I'm not eating enough.

When I ate the most vegetables I ate about 1000grams a day.

I rarly eat fruits , but since veggies are better I don't feel bad about it

Only 400g? I eat a lot more than that every day. I'm a big… eh… tall man with the need of a lot of food. Toungle
