Arsenic in rice
I guess we eat rice about once every two weeks or so, but I'm thinking of skipping it all together.
What about you guys?

I try to limit it to one - two times a week, partly becouse of the arcenic and partly becouse that rice (grown i water covered rice paddies) relices tons and tons of methan in the atmosphere .
But sadly I cant eat gluten so theres so few alternitives that fit my budget so for some time there will still be rice on my table

You can boil the rice with lots of water and reduce some of the arsenic🙂
I'm going to cook my rice like I do pasta with lots of water from now on, I need to use up what I have and then we'll see.

I just watched a youtube video with a guy who says that you should let the rice sit in a bowl of water overnight and then drain it and cook the rice as usual. This helps reduce the levels of arsenic.

#4 Ok, that's a good idea. I think I'll do both next time
Then I'm not buying any more. I like rice a lot, but not spiced with arsenic
