Can a vegan diet reduce the risk of Alzheimer?
Well, yes, in some ways a Vegan diet actually can Help you dodge dementia.
>Viva Health< published an article with several sources (see the link at the bottom of the article for more informtion!) where they explain why a plantbased diet could save your memory and they also list 7 guidelines, such as replacing dairy and meat with vegetables and beans and to make sure you get enough B12 every day (supplements are fine!).
I am convinced many diseases would be less common if we ate more greens and less of other groceries.

#1 Yes, that's scientifically proven. Green do you good and bacon gives you cancer. Yet, people want their kids to eat red processed meat. That's interesting.
Either they are unaware or they don't believe it's that important.

I can't imagine that people don't know about that in Sweden today, it has been all over the news only some months ago. I think it's your second alternative, they don't believe that it is so dangerous.
