This is a very easy dish to make. It can be served both as a starter and a main course, but perhaps not at the same meal. ;-)
This is what you need:
500 gram fresh green peas
1 yellow onion
2 deciliter cream of your favorite variety
4 deciliter water
1 tablespoonful vegetable bouillon
Fresh-ground black pepper
1 teaspoonful rapeseed oil
And this is how you prepare it:
Heat the rapeseed oil in a pot.
Chop the onion and fry it in the oil for a minute.
Put in the green peas, the water and the bouillon and boil for 8 minutes.
Mix it with a blender.
Add the cream and pepper. Stir.
