Everything you can prepare the day before is simple and with this oatmeal you have no choice.
1 dl oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon whole or crushed linseed
2 dl herbal yoghurt, e.g. soya or oat yoghurt
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
½ apple, diced
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
Mix all the oatmeal ingredients and allow to stand in the fridge overnight.
Serve with apple, hazelnuts and maple syrup.
