This is a ridiculously tasty soup with pasta and beans that everyone will love.
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cans of white beans, big or small, does not matter
½ tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
400 g of crushed tomatoes
5 dl of water
2 ½ dl herbal cream, eg oat or soy cream
2 vegetable stock cubes
2 dl whole grain macaronis
1 ½ dl corn
Fry the onion for a few minutes in a little oil until it softens and turns a little transparent.
Pour the liquid from the beans and rinse them.
Stir the beans in the pan together with curry, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, water, cream and stock cubes. Let boil and then pour the pasta in. Boil the number of minutes indicated on the pasta package.
When it's a minute left, put the corn in. Done!
