Everything called something with "chocolate pudding" is a success. And the best thing about chia puddings is that you can make a big batch on Sunday and have your breakfast ready for the rest of the week.
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
2 dl of plantbased milk, e.g. almond, oat or soy milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
1 ml salt
½ dl chia seeds
1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
2 tablespoons of raspberry
Mix all ingredients using a hand blender. Pour into a glass and allow to stand for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge. Top with cocoa nibs and raspberries.
