So I totally forgot to take a picture, but I'll tell you guys what I made.
--Mixed grains and rice with veggies, roasted potatoes, vegan gravy and seitan sausages.
I chopped up a stick of celery, a yellow onion, and a peeled carrot. Then I fried that in a pot with olive oil. Poured in water, a veggie broth cube and some rice that was premixed with other grains such as buckwheat. Cooked that 45 min.
Chopped up potatoes, roasted in the oven with salt and olive oil for 30 min.
Chopped and fried sausage with olive oil.
It was super yummy! and the seitan sausage was even a bit spicy which was really good.
