Vegan Chocolate Granola

A must try recipe! 😍🍫

I was quite hungry after I made it, so I ate some with some soy yogurt and strawberries!

1 cup nuts (I used hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and almonds
1/2 cup coconut chips
1 cup oats
1 cup quinoa puffs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut sugar
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 120 Celsius.
Mix all in ingredients in a large bowl and pour onto a baking sheet.
Stir every 15 minutes for an hour.
Let cool.
Place in an airtight container.

That looks delicious! What do you suggest for someone that has trouble with digesting oats?
