Who here shops for Vegan diets at Aldi UK?🤔 I found these amazing Vegan one pots (£1.99) today! absolute bargain!! These one-pots are deliciously convenient, nutritionally balanced meals that come in three different varieties:

  • Squash, spinach and Lentil Hotpot
  • Brazilian style black bean stew with tomato, cashew and quinoa
  • Indonesian style curry with coconut and cauliflower

Each self-contained meal is from simple, natural ingredients (protein-rich grains, lentils, good carbs) delivering slow-releasing energy to fuel your busy day, you simply just heat & eat! At most, they have 373 calories and are also gluten-free!

What do you think of these? Which one would you like to try the most?

Do they look tasty? I would try the black bean stew. I saw they recommend storing them below 5˚C. Is that common in the UK? In sweden 8˚C is the recommended fridge temperature.

I had the Indonesian one today and that was delicious, full of texture and flavour! I'll have to let you know about the black bean one tomorrow.

But I've never really thought about it? when I moved into this house our fridge was at 3˚C and I never thought to change it.

They all sound really yummy! I’m jealous that they don’t sell them here in Sweden too.
